Warranty & Support
- Warranty Coverage
The Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product under the following terms:
- Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of purchase depending on the product.
- The Product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- What is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Hardware defects not caused by misuse
- Failure of internal components under normal operating conditions
- Manufacturer faults (if applicable)
- What is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage (drops, spills, cracks, etc.)
- Screen damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues, viruses, or data loss
- Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, cosmetic wear)
- Damage due to improper use, power surges, or environmental conditions
- Remedies
If a defect arises during the warranty period, the Seller agrees to:
- Repair the Product at no cost; OR
- Replace the Product with a similar or equivalent item; OR
- Refund the purchase price (at Seller’s discretion)
- Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a claim, the Buyer must:
- Notify the Seller within the warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase
- Return the Product (if required) for inspection
Repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Product
- Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ghana
- Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
