1. Warranty Coverage

The Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product under the following terms:

• Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of purchase.
• The Product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Hardware defects not caused by misuse
• Failure of internal components under normal operating conditions
• Manufacturer faults (if applicable)

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Physical damage (drops, spills, cracks, etc.)
• Screen damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Software issues, viruses, or data loss
• Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, cosmetic wear)
• Damage due to improper use, power surges, or environmental conditions

4. Remedies

If a defect arises during the warranty period, the Seller agrees to:

• Repair the Product at no cost; OR
• Replace the Product with a similar or equivalent item; OR
• Refund the purchase price (at Seller’s discretion)

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a claim, the Buyer must:

1. Notify the Seller within the warranty period
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Return the Product (if required) for inspection

Repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Product

7. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ghana

9. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
